Delivery Times

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST are processed the same day.

Shipping Location
We ship to the contiguous United States. However, due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO.
Shipping Cost
- FedEx Ground Shipping: Free on all orders.

FedEx Fast Shipping: We offer a 3-day expedited shipping option for a flat fee of $12.5.
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, the fulfillment process begins, and we may be unable to make changes. Our customer service team will verify the feasibility of your request and reply to you as soon as possible.
Lost Packages
If your order tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address you provided.
- Check your mailbox and other entry points around your home.
- Ask your neighbors or other family members if they accepted the package.
If you still can't find your package after 24 hours, please contact us with your order number. If the courier verifies the shipment is "lost", we will either reship your order or issue a full refund based on your preference.
